The information reported within this online application will become part of your child's cumulative school record. Student record information will not be released to third parties or used for purposes other than routine daily and/or emergency contact needs without the knowledge or permission of parents, legal guardians, or students who have passed their eighteenth birthday, except in accordance with the law.
Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student in Williamsburg County School District. Proof of Guardianship can include a birth certificate, divorce papers, Social Services paperwork, or paperwork signed by a judge awarding custody.

We would like to welcome you and your child to Williamsburg County School District! Please read through the information below to identify the documents required for enrollment. Complete all forms and requirements within this online application in order to ensure a prompt enrollment for your child.
Required Documentation:
✔ State Issued Photo Identification of Parent/Guardian
✔ 2 Proofs of address (dated within last 30 days) or transfer letter (Power Bill, Water Bill or Rental Agreement)
✔ Proof of Age (Long Form Birth Certificate, Passport)
✔ Social Security Card
✔ Medicaid Card
✔ Withdrawal Form from Previous School (if applicable)
✔ Most Recent Immunization Record
✔ Correspondence from a government agency (if applicable)
Foster Parents MUST have:
✔ Foster Agreement Placement Letter
✔ Immediate Enrollment of Child in Foster Care Form
✔ Best Interest Determination for Foster Care School Placement Form
School assignment is based on your home address. If you have questions regarding attendance zones, please contact the school nearest you or visit the Transportation Department's webpage.
